This company was hired to adjust a claim. Years into it, they had no antiques expert and had to use my own; did not get to him as requested and the man eventually dies; they then had their attorney sue the insurance company for payment and purporting it would not cost me anything more but it both the attorney and the company each charged 20 and 25% respectively; then when I asked for my $15,000 they refused to pay it! It has been about 10 years. It has been years and they claim they will pay but are trying to negotiate down the amount. The son of the former founder has led this place to shame! He is nothing short of a criminal! more
