Can't go wrong here 9/5/2002

Never had a bad meal here & will keep returning! Nice Bloody Mary Bar for brunch. French Toast is great. If you like spicy foods, you'll love it here. Though the love of fire is not required :) If you sit near kitchen/grill, etc... they give you free tastes of food, for suffering next to the heat, though in winter its a plus. Drinks are great & come with cute plastic colored giraffes, mermaids & monkeys. The special treat is the Polynesian Room, the Pu Pu Platter should not be missed! Cons: parking more

East Coast Grill is my favorite restaurant. Not only have I never had a bad meal here in over 30 visits, I have never had a meal here that was less than spectacular. The fish is always fresh, always cooked perfectly, and the bold flavors scream from the plate no matter what the dish. The accompanying vegetables and other sides on the plate are not just obligatory filler; they scream with bold flavors of their own. The food is creative and sophisticated, while the atmosphere is fun and casual. The service is solid and friendly. ECG renowned for both seafood and barbecue; I recommend ordering the mahi mahi or one of the specials, with 1 or 2 ribs as a side dish. I give this restaurant my highest recommendation. I like to think of myself as a relative gourmet having eaten well the world over. Quite simply, this is one of the most ecclectic, and best restauraunts to be found anywhere.
