East Coast Grill is my favorite restaurant. Not only have I never had a bad meal here in over 30 visits, I have never had a meal here that was less than spectacular. The fish is always fresh, always cooked perfectly, and the bold flavors scream from the plate no matter what the dish. The accompanying vegetables and other sides on the plate are not just obligatory filler; they scream with bold flavors of their own. The food is creative and sophisticated, while the atmosphere is fun and casual. The service is solid and friendly. ECG renowned for both seafood and barbecue; I recommend ordering the mahi mahi or one of the specials, with 1 or 2 ribs as a side dish. I give this restaurant my highest recommendation.
