Even before I knew what the repair looked like, it was the best customer service I have ever had. When I got to East Coast Collision and Auto Body Repair and I dropped it off, they asked if I wanted a rental. I don't use my car often so I said no I didn't need one but then they went a step further and insisted on driving me anywhere I needed to go. I had front-end body work done and East Coast Collision did a great job on the repair. As good as the repair was, the service from their mechanic and staff were even better. more

Excellent Service, Excellent Work, Excellent Follow-Up 6/12/2013

East Coast Collision is a family owned business with an excellent reputation in my hometown for quality work, customer service and being part of the community. When they repair your vehicle you can't tell what or where the damage was. They are thorough, handle all interactions with the insurance claims adjustor and fight to make sure that your insurer pays to fix what needs fixing. They are honest, reliable great at what they do. more
