I am giving this company a glowing report b/c the customer service I received today from the corporate office was impecable. However, my intial encounter was very akward. Long story short, the independent contractors came to my house and overwhelmed me with the sales pitch, I finally broke down and paid them so that they would leave..they were nice but very forceful in thier sales pitch. Once my husband came home he was furious and demanded the meat go back. So I called the corporate office and a wonderful woman immediatly assisted me. She came to my home with a full refund and an apology about the pushy sales man. She was sweet and encouraged me to sample the product. I dont know about everyone else but when a company stands behind their product the way she did, I tend to trust them. I will be trying the meat and ordering through corporate again. Lesson learned-order from the company directly. Pros: Great Customer Service from corporate Cons: independent sales contractors not so good more

This company will lie to your and cheat you, do not believe a word from the person that knowcks on your door to sell youi meat. The seller told me he would allow the meat to be paid for in payments and would return my check. He deposited it the next day and cost may family a series of insufficient funds at my bank. We live on a fixed income and the coporate and the corpoprate manager said this would be taken care of and promised to call me back. After countless calls with no return calls as promised I was talked to unpleasantly. Being lied to by this company devasated my family. The meat is not good. The chicken is full of fat and the steaks are tough. Each portion size is not enough for a meal. I am writing this review to hopefully help someone else avoid what I have went through.
