Dr. Moore and her staff are wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We have been taking our pets to them for over 10 years and I truly believe that they received the best care possible! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a family type of atmosphere.y more

Unsurpassed Compassion 7/19/2012

I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Moore and the staff at East Bay Animal Hospital. Although my cat would not survive her heart disease, I am confident everything possible was done for her. The compassion and comfort they gave my kitty (and me) at the end has been a bright spot in the sadness. My other kitties will continue to be patients of Dr. Moore for the rest of their lives too! more

East Bay Groomers 10/16/2011

When I took my pet to the groomers the first time he went was fine. The second time he was a little apprehensive about going in. The third time he was assured he was not going in. He kept running from the door. My dog has been groomed for years never had I experienced this type of behavior from him. I know something had happened and he was not going back in there. I WOULD NOT take my pets to the groomers there. more

Simply The Best! 11/8/2010

East Bay ROCKS! The devoted staff will never send you packing to the emergency room on weekends. I am a shihtzu breeder and have used this hospital for years. The open the hospital on Sundays if needed and take home the very sick pets and sleep with them if needed. I have sent hundreds of happy clients to this hospital and can be a reference for them any time. MOST WONDERFUL VET EXPERIENCE 5/21/2010

How blessed we are to take our two golden retrievers, and former feline to Eastbay Animal Hospital, the staff and doctors treat our pets as if they were their family too! A fantastic place to take your pets, our dog of 15 years and two cats are very well taken care of. The staff is gracious, caring and very polite. Drs are alwasy looking out for the animals best interest. Cheryl D more

East Bay Animal Bath & Board is a great place to take your pet. I don't think the dogs owner with 11 teeth pulled during a cleaning was paying attention to what was said prior to the care received. We had a standard poodle with renal failure and wouldn't eat. He had to be put to sleep. They were wonderful and very caring to us and our beautiful dog. I just had to make a statement to counter the bad review this person gave about East Bay Animal Hospital and their staff. My sister and brother in laws cat was well cared for when they had a major health issue and is now doing just fine and they were pleased with the care with both them and their cat. The dogs owner should go to their doctor and have their ears checked. Maybe the problem is really the dog owners ears not the vet and their staff. more

East Bay Animal Bath & Board is a disaster 9/23/2009

They butchered my dogs mouth!! He went in for a cleaning, and they removed 11 teeth!!! Without my permission. They were very causual about it, acted as if it normal daily business! Smiling, practically laughing while telling me about it. Very uncaring, and charged me for every tooth!!! Which I did not authorize. BEWARE!! more

MY First experience with Eastbay was when my puppy (brutus)couldnt walk I saw Dr Kelley ,which is a wonderful vet.Then about 2 months ago Brutus got sick ,his system was shutting down,liver,kidneys Brutus is 10 months old at this time.The staff was wonderful to me and my beloved Brutus.When I gave up they told me to wait on this 2nd blood test to come in to see if he was getting better.My beloved Brutus got better and is doing great now .I can never ever Thank all of them.Brutus is an English bulldog and we love him dearly .Thank You again .\r CAROL MONKHOUSE more

Caring, knowledgeable, friendly staff 2/28/2007

I switched from taking my elderly chihuahua to East Bay instead of Banfield due to his serious heart condition which I didn't feel Banfield had enough knowledge. I picked it due to location, but when I walked in I knew I was in the right place because of the curio cabinet of miniature schnauzer collectibles. My first two dogs were mini schnauzers and the owner, Dr. Marshall used to breed schnauzers and chihuahuas! Anyways, the staff is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and seems to go the extra mile. Prices are average for vet care, but I think not as much as Banfield. I would recommend them. more
