Interesting - I just read your issues with this company below- I asked this group to do a job for me that excluded my back yard- Areate -Seed-Fertilize they quoted what I thought was reasonable. When group arrived the owner who never idenified himself was cursing on his phone walking through my yard never a greeting or a glance up just all business telling his young team do not go past certain areas . Well he was mad because I did not mark my sprinkler heads but I walked the property and showed the younger workers the spots -I was home and actually marked 2 locations. Beware they do not even do your side lawn beyond the length of your driveway of course no one tells you that either - so one side of my home never got done. So overall I got an attitute from the OWNER -WOW when asked if he would do the side and I would pay him more I got an attitude then he never did even finsihed the other side of the house . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - he is rude disrespectful and does not complete the job at hand. In fact I will have to go out buy more seed and finish what I set out to pay for. The owner calls me back after I expressed my concerns to their company - I asked that no one call me back but he did and insisted he did the side yard - he never finished not one seed on that side of the house is on the ground.\r \r RIPOFFS and RUDENESS will bankrupt this business just wait and see!! DO NOT USE THIS GROUP YOU WILL FEEL FRUSTRATED BEYOND BELIEF more

I am the owner of this company and this happend a little diffrently. I was on the way to the airport and i receved multipul calls back to back from this man. We told hi, our situation and he asked that someone who worked for me came out that day even though i was on vacation. I was told the trew was maby 60 feet tall and 14 in in diamater. I was told when i got home that he yelled at my guys bc they could not write a bill on the spot and the tree was 28 inches in diamter. It was also supported by a dry stack wall and across a patio and rubing the house. I honerd my bid which actully cost us three hundred to do becouse thats what i said i would do it for.the dent was or streak was where the tree hit the ground when the tree fell and my chipper came no where near the garge door, If my guys had hit it i would have had to replace it. I will we did spill a little bar and chain oil. We are sorry that we could not make this custmer happy. We strive to help everyone we can to the best of our ability. more

Search other reviews on the outfits that run this ""company"" and you will find they are consistently bad. They may give you a low quote for the job but will leave you with a headache that you wished you had hired someone else. In short, go with someone else. Called them up at a neighbor's recommendation and wanted a tree removed that was downed by one of recent storms. Gave me a quote over phone after I described the job (tree diameter, length, etc). I specifically said DO NOT damage my lawn, etc when removing the tree. Owner of said company said sure, we don't use heavy equipment but a dolly and a chipper, etc. I come home and what do I find? Big gash in the lawn and the job was 25% done, with wood chips everywhere. Fine, so another rain storm caught them at the job. So 3-4 days later job was done, but more damage to the lawn + to a stone wall in the back. Plus 4-5 days later I notice that side of garage has big dent in gutter and sidings were knocked a bit loose by something hitting the corner w/ paint smear on siding. I put 2 and 2 together and they probably hit the side w/ their chipper as there was also 3-4 dark oil spots right at the corner of driveway. Took me like 30 min to straighten out the the sidings and right the gutter and had to bring out my ladder. Add insult to injury, owner was rude when I mentioned the 3 damages to my property (lawn, wall, gutter + side of garage sidings) and in essence denied any damage and what was done to the lawn was expected due to the ""difficult"" and heavy tree. Then he later accuses me of ""lying"" to his guys who did the job by ""quoting"" them his own quote over the phone. Not my fault if he gave me the quote over the phone and I repeat it. Payment was made and he refused to even give me a written receipt in return. In essence he thought the job was too big for the quote he gave me over the phone. Again, not my fault if he doesn't show up in person to survey the job before committing to it. He could have backed out any time. These guys are just a bunch of teenagers with some chainsaws and a chipper and lawn equipment. Feel free to hire them but you have been warn. Be prepared to be rude to, to have your property damaged, and have a very bad after taste and headache when they finish. more
