I ordered a funeral arrangement on behalf of my company from out of town so it wasn't like I was getting something for myself or would even see the arrangement -- or so I thought! During our initial phone conversation, Dan suggested variations and after I chose one of his suggestions, he described in detail how he planned to make the arrangement. Perfect. But I thought that was it. The next day, he sent me an email receipt including a picture showing the beautiful arrangement he delivered and a description of the flowers used. I wish I got such personal service in all my business dealings. If I were local, he would definitely be my choice and even though we are not local, if I ever get the opportunity to use his services again, I certainly will. Thank you, Dan. more
