Horrible experience. Agree with the review above from jjohnson454817. Nothing but lied to in finance. Then the vehicle we bought was burning oil so bad that 4 months later the pistons and rings needed replaced. I wanted them to take the truck back. General Sales Mgr. Mark said that he realized it was no fault of ours, but it wasn't theirs either. \r They pride themselves on used vehicles, but don't back it up when something goes wrong. I guess the extended warranty they snuck in paid off in the end for us. Stay away from this place - it's a joke. more

When purchasing vehicles and having them serviced, we know this is the best place to go. While in for maintenance we appreciate the 5 star service that begins at the service lane. The Service Advisors are knowledgeable and helpful. The customer waiting area includes refreshments, work station/desks (which I always make use of), WiFi internet access and a comfortable lobby to relax in. A shuttle runs frequently but we have never used it. Unlike other dealerships, at Thorobred we have never had to return after a service visit. The technicians have always serviced or repaired as needed or required. Our vehicles are always returned with written details of services performed and returned intact with all contents, sometimes it's even washed! The Express Oil Change is great timesaver! To Thorobred: I usually never write reviews because of the time it takes, but when I received exceptional service I knew that I had to share my experience. 2 weeks ago my family and I were in a car accident; no one was harmed thank God. My insurance recommended to take my car in to the body shop at Thorobred Chevrolet, they assured me that they would take good care of me and my car, that their guys there were all about safety and that I would have my car back in no time. I was given a 10 day estimate and received the call on the 8th day that my car was ready. That alone saved me money on the rental I was paying for. My car looked amazing. I have always serviced my Chevy Colorado at Thorobred Chevrolet. My truck is an 07' and I was having problems with my ignition switch. I took in my truck today to have it looked at and see what was needed to get fixed. Brian Spriggs a Service writer took care of me; what a nice guy. He assured me that I would have my truck back in no time. I got a call back from him to let me know it was ready for pick up within 3 hours. I was glad that I had my truck back so fast and was able to get on with the rest of my day. I have always recommended Thorobred Chevrolet to all my friends and continue to do so, especially when they blow me away with their great service time after time. more

I have purchased several new and used vehicles at Thorobred Chevrolet over the past 30 years. I have had all of my service warranty work, recommended maintenance, oil changes and tires done there. I have also had repair work done in the body shop, which made my suv look like new. I love working with Charlie Hughes, Holly and Jerri in service as they are all friendly, fun, professional and honest. I have recommended countless friends and family members, many of whom drive a long distance to do business with this Chevy dealer in Chandler, and they all have had similar great experiences with new and used vehicle purchases, service, parts and body shop repairs. I went here in search of a car for my daughter. They did not use high pressure to sell their cars, and they were very nice and tried to help me with what I was looking for and not what I wasn't. Their prices were (for the same type of vehicle) were better than any other dealer I went to. I would recommend them to anybody! more

I've only been here to use their service department for my Chevy. They strive to do their best and provide quality customer service. You do have to schedule an appointment if you want anything looked at besides an oil change, which is done in a seperate shop area. They've been good about providing accurate and fair estimates on repairs. They have a very big and nice waiting room,including a semi-private area for kids to play and watch tv. There is also a shuttle service. I really feel comfortable going here for service. PROS: Convenient location, shuttle service, large waiting room, quality service CONS: You can't get something else looked at when you come in for an oil change more
