Reliable and Safe Airport Transport 4/21/2009

We have used early Bird Airport Shuttle several times when we have been traveling out of the country and need rides to the San Francisco Airport. They even had fresh water for us. Very, very nice. Pros: always on time more

Terrific Service 2/11/2009

My husband and I just used this service to get from our son's home to the San Jose airport. I call the day ahead and a very professional and complete woman took my request. The following day a fuel efficient Toyota Prius arrived to pick us up. The driver was very professional and very nice. He was on time, the car was immaculate. The drive was safe and pleasant. more

Extremely reliable and courteous 11/6/2008

I just finished writing a negative review about another Santa Cruz shuttle company and then realized that Early Bird had no reviews posted. So here's my experience: Pros: Efficient, reliable, courteous Cons: none; if they're booked, they'll give you a recommendation you can trust more
