Great Quality 7/26/2011

Reading the previous reviews I felt obligated to write a review about The Eagle's Nest Tailoring Shop"". This place is by no mean the ritz. It sounds like these girls are expecting a boutique on newbury street! However, the woman who owns the Eagle's Nest has altered all my prom dresses, my wedding dress, all my bridesmaid dresses, jeans and my husbands dress fire fighter uniform. All came out PERFECT. If you are looking for someone who really cares about her work and your ""dress"" or whatever you are having done then do go here. If you are looking for atmoshphere or a fancy shop this is not the place for you. more

Customer Service at its best! 7/17/2008

This local shop catered to my every need, I received quality service beyond what any corporate shop would give me. I highly recommend using them, plus they helped me last minute when no one else would take on my alterations. more

So overpriced, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND save HUNDREDS 6/12/2008

I went to this woman in a dirty room, so sketchy. I got a quote (after I changed into my wedding gown in a tiny closet with a fake Christmas tree) for a hem over $250, then with other alterations it would have been well over $400. Well I spend only $599 on my dress so I decided to take it to Davids. They gave me a $100 hem! And the other alterations were small so the whole thing cost HALF less than $200! She is a RIP OFF beware! Pros: Parking Cons: Your wallet will suffer, the room is gross more

Terrible Alterations 6/11/2008

This was a horrible experience. I brought my wedding party to her for their alterations and she did an awful job! One of my bridesmaids actually had to order a new dress! Cons: scary place, you walk out nervous about leaving your dress because it is so dirty and unorganized more

The worst experience, she will ruin your wedding gown! 6/11/2008

This is the worst wedding experience I have had. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN! She ruined my dress and my whole day was ruined because of her! Trust me go to a professional, this is your wedding! more
