I was sent to this shop by my insurance company to repair front end body and frame damage. The hood, driver's side 1/4 panel, front bumper, driver's side light, front frame and frame supports were to be replaced and an alignment was to be completed. \r
\r
The paint job looked terrible - dirt and dust had gotten into the paint on the entire 1/4 panel and on the driver's side of the hood. It started to chip within 2 days. Some spots were not even painted at all\r
\r
The alignment was not done correctly (if at all). When I got there to pick up my vehicle they had a kid (about 17 years old) there who had supposedly done the alignment with no machine or tools whatsoever. The aligment was worse after it came out of the shop. Bob, the owner, was rude to me while my car was in the shop and when I came to pick it up. He said to me ""Your car would have been done a whole lot sooner if you hadn't been complaining about getting your alignment fixed, you know"" and come to find out it wasn't even done correctly.\r
\r
I took up the matter with the insurance company to fix the issues and was sent to a different shop. The paint job was corrected (it took an entire week to do this) but I needed to return it to the shop again b/c the alignment issue had not been adressed.\r
\r
It was at this time I requested that the insurance company inspect the framework that had been done by Eagle Valley Auto that was not visible unless the front bumper was removed. The shop had performed COMPLETELY UNSAFE AND SUB-STANDARD REPAIRS TO THE FRAME OF MY VEHICLE. The insurance company paid these morons to replace the entire front frame support. The shop decided they'd make more money if they cut out the damaged portion and replaced only half of the frame support. This compromised the safety of my vehicle which I use daily to transport myself and my 2 toddlers. \r

THEY TREAT WOMEN AWFUL. BOB IS A DISHONEST MECHANIC THAT WILL COMPROMISE THE SAFETY OF YOUR VEHICLE TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK.
Cons: My car was in worse shape after they ""fixed"" it
