Company technician came out to service a furnace ... these ""experts"" cleaned and serviced the furnace, which we had to pay for, and then told us we have to replace the furnace....

Company technician came out to service a furnace ... these ""experts"" cleaned and serviced the furnace, which we had to pay for, and then told us we have to replace the furnace. You would think someone who has been in the business that long would know when a furnace needs to be replaced without first cleaning and servicing it. more
