Better than Best 8/4/2009

Good: Everything. Bad: I live in the West Palm Beach area and dr0ve 200 miles to buy my GMC pick up, and do the same for their wonderful service.. Improvements: Cannot get better!. Other: My salesman, Reggie, is kind, understanding, knows his products, is not pushy, business-like and available. Service is quick, reliable, done right the first time (really!!!) and Guy, the service manager, is ready to help in anyway and a credit to Eagle and to GMC. I had a few minor problems and one major problem ball of which were repaired quick and efficiently never to return.. more

Bad experience 4/17/2006

Recently while looking for a new car for my family, we visited Eagle Buick and we were sorry that we did. The salesman was extremely pushy, high pressure and even though we spent a great deal of time explaining what we wanted to buy, he was only concerned with the cars he was trying to push. Needless to say, we left and will not go back there for any reason. more
