good experience 2/22/2012

I've used storage facilities all over the tristate area and this location by far is the best easy access to I-95 access at all times and the staff are professional and very friendly. I've never had any problems here whereas other storage companies were so cold and distant. I have to say its the managers at this site that keep me doing business here and not anywhere else. more

Storage unit auction scammers 4/17/2011

its funny.I went there 2 days ago and asked Sue to auction off my storage since i can no longer pay rent.I am still paid until the end of the month so everything in the storage unit is mine.so she told me she has "Special Bidders" that she can call to come over and look at my storage unit and buy it off me. Which i thought it was funny because what is a "Special Bidder" anyway? hhmm?? So i decided today 2 days after i asked her to auction my unit off to go get my TV and other items i still wanted out of storage.When i opened it up the storage unit was ran sacked and half my items were gone.I called the cops then she came out and told the police that her "special bidders" didnt want to buy my storage unit so Sue and Ray decided to go into my storage unit and take what they wanted...Isnt that called Robbery! Also funny that my items were in her storage unit next to the front desk. Ray and Sue are Thieves and were pretty fast "only 2 days" to go in and loot and steal my items from my stor more

HHORRIBLE ! DO NOT RECOMEND ! 7/12/2010

I rented for a few months and then decided to use their movers as my moving company, as Sue and Ray had recommended, since they have moving trucks on the lot. HUGE MISTAKE. They are not an accredited moving company, therefore; not bonded or licensed or INSURED. I had to go after my insurance company to pay for the valuables they broke. I have moved numerous times and this is the first time I ever had to involve my insurance company and severely unprofessional people. They also had the nerve to insult my landlord as he asked them to PLEASE watch the walls as they were moving me in. Then had an attitude with me. I did not want to pay them, which I shouldn't have, but could not wait to get them out of my building and did not want these trashy guys making more of a scene. They broke so many things and also wanted market price for the move. I feel like such a fool. These are despicable people with terrible service.
