E-Z Sewer Cleaning

My sister hired them to clean a clogged sewer drain in her rental house. First she called them after her tenant complained of a wet basement with standing water, one older man showed up within 15 minutes of her calling, unclogged the drain within 10 minutes and was done. She's since had no problems with her sewer. Most sewer companies will clean the mess they make completing the job. However they will not clean your basement after doing the job you hired them to do,which was to unclog your sewer or whatever job they were hired to do. Think about it, lets say your basement had substantial standing water with all kinds of wet items i.e. boxes, comforters, furniture etc. This would take them hours upon hours to complete hence costing them money for sewer/pluming jobs they missed while ""cleaning"" of which by the way they're not in the business of doing. Simply put if you see your job will require cleaning and you're not up to doing it yourself hire cleaners.... more

I am highly disappointed in this company's professionalism. My landlord hired them to clean out my drains in my basement due to them backing up. Two gentlemen showed up and unclogged them but complained about what they found in the drains. Then they left my basement with standing water in several different places which were under boxes and baby items that I had stored in my basement. The whole basement smelled like sewage water. I called my landlord but that was no help so I called the company to complain. I spoke to the owner of the company and he argued with me that there was no water in my basement and that it was not their job to clean up there mess due to the debri they found in the pipes. Then he said he would come clean it up but I would have to pay for the cleaner and rudely said, ""Do you want me to clean the rest of your house while I am it"". So very rude and unprofessional. My husband later got them to come back and vacuum up the water but I am still very angry and will never recommend them to anyone I know. more
