We then were able to pick the location of the lot and the house plan, colors, flooring, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures and much more. We were able to build our dream home and Jeannie and the builder took care of everything while we prepared to move from Mosouri toTennessee. We love our home and would not change a thing. I had a delightful experience with the purchase of my new home. We were able to pick out colors and flooring prior to the completion of the home and the process was a smooth and easy experience.
