Honest and Trust worthy 11/19/2011

To all ESP and Pitt. Ext. existing customers and future customers. I can tell you first hand that the review below is so untrue. I can tell you personally that no one will run from a problem, and no one is trying to scam anyone. Yes, ESP is now out of business, and Yes, many of the employees work for Pitt. Ext. I have found that Pitt Ext. will not only work with ESP customers but will go out of their way to satisfy them. They are truly honest and trust worthy. The team at Pitt. Ext. is all about integrety. Test them, I gurarntee satisfaction. The person who wrote the bad review must be trying to get something for nothing by his tactic. Trust Pitt. Ext. with all your needs. Management will go out of their way to please you. Also, Diedre Rozik may be an employee, but she also is a satisfied customer. more

!!PLEASE READ!! 10/25/2011

First of all the user listed below with the user name ""Rozik"" is Diedre Rozik, who is/was ESP's office manager. I am sure that the other users with 5 star comments that oddly have the same date as the ""test"" review from ESP are/were also employees. This company is in the middle of a transition to the name Pittsburgh Exteriors as seen above in the web link. they are attempting to slither away from jobs that were done incorrectly and that can cause thousands of dollars of damage to your home. Their website is already down, original phone # disconnected and are obviously routing traffic to the pittsburgh exteriors website through ESP searches as seen above. I unfortunately know this first hand, and have a list of problems that is way too long for this review. Too bad a rating is required at all, because they don't even deserve one star. more

Roof 7/26/2011

Hired to do the job and was not done correctly. Been waiting for 6 months to get problems corrected and keep getting blown off. Not a professional business, not to be trusted. Just call someone else! more

Great Products, Excellent work 3/15/2011

Over the winter, I had noticed that with the wind, it ripped parts of my siding off of my house. I went online searching for contractors that would replace the siding on my home. I searched and called several companies. The one company that I found online and called is ESP Home Improvements. Their representative showed me several different products, along with styles and colors, and had lots of knowledge about his products. They installed my siding and now my house looks brand new. The installers were excellent, very friendly and cleaned up well. I will definitely use them for my next project (windows). I will recommend this company to anyone looking to get some home improvements done. more

ESP did our siding on our home. We were very impressed with thier work. Not only did they do they work, they cleaned up and to top it off they cleaned out the gutters!!! We are so impressed that we WILL be calling them for any other work that may need done. more

Outstanding Work - Great Prices - and Professional 11/8/2010

I have done business with ESP Home Improvements twice and am very happy with my experiences. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The workers did an excellent job on my house. They cleaned up everything before the left, which was nice since so many end up leaving work behind for me to do. The work was outstanding. I would recommend ESP to anyone looking to have home improvements done. You won't be disappointed! more

A company you can trust 11/8/2010

My husband and I moved to Pennsylvania from Florida. We purchased a duplex and made it a single family home. Some of the work needed was 11 new windows. Seeming this house is bout 100 years old, the windows were in really bad shape. We called and got esitmates from several different companies, we chose ESP because the representative was very knowledgable about his product, there was no high pressure, and actually spoke to us like he has been our friend for years. Due to this we decided to got with ESP. Little did we know, we got more than we expected. The installer, Ralph, was excellent. He was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. The windows are beautiful. I will use ESP again in the future and will recommend to our family and friends. more

Sounded Good... 10/3/2010

From the beginning, it sounded good. The salesmen were good and very thorough. They had me sold! I was looking forward to having the work done. Contract signed, deposit paid! That was in May. Upon returning to Germany, the work kept getting pushed back. In July, when I called for the umpteenth time, on the date that they dinally commited to to start the roof repair, I was told by the big boss that they were declining my contract. Oh, did I mention this was two days before deploying to Afghanistan. So I am here, unable to find a new roofer and my roof has just gotten worse since then. If you are in the area, maybe good, but if not stay away. Did I mention, I paid with my card and have yet to receive my deposit of almost $1000 back. I got the ""check's in the mail"" excuse back in July. Even if it was and I got it, no luck. No banks here in Afghanistan. I guess I'd frame it if it ever comes. more
