This ER surpassed all of my expectations when I was for chest pain a couple of weeks ago. I was speaking the with actual doctor within minutes and it was clear he was really listening to my symptoms as to figure out the best way to treat me. I was examined, treated and discharged within two hours. It was a great experience and I will definitely return for all of my emergency needs. more

I went to this place when my wife was in terrible pain. They wouldn't take us back to see the doctor until our insurance was verified. Can you believe that? While they messed around in the front giggling and crap we just left and went to another nearby ER. I can't speak for the treatment we would have had because we never got to try it out. They were rude and unprofessional in the front and will never give them another try more

Not Like Going to a Hospital Emergency Room 4/11/2012

I recommended ER 247Plus to my friend when her daughter fell and injured her arm on the weekend. She was seen immediately and x-rays were taken on the spot. It really is No Wait. I have been in hospital ER and had to wait for hours in a wating room full of really sick and injured people who were in pain and suffering. It was an awful experience. Because I know the reputation of the doctors associated with ER 24 7 Plus I was confident referring my friend. She thanked me because she didn't have to go to hospital or wait with her child in pain until Monday and try to get an appointment. more

Best ER in Houston! 2/6/2012

ER 24-7 Plus is my one and only ER for all emergency needs. We live in Spring Valley and accidents happen from time to time. My time is important to me and waiting in the ER is the last thing I want to do on a Saturday.\r \r When I found ER 24-7 Plus I was so THRILLED!! No wait time for your emergency care, wonderful staff and a clean facility!! I felt at home and wasn't scared at all. Thank you ER 24-7 Plus for taking such good care of me and my family!! more
