Very easy to work worth 8/5/2011

Very easy to work worth. Completed the job in a reasonable timeframe. Rates were comperable to other carpet cleaning services. Workers were very polite and explained what they were doing. Moved all the furniture and cleaned under it. Removed all the pet stains from my carpeting. Great job!!!! Wold highly recommend. more

I was extremely pleased with my experience with EC Restoration, Inc. I feel they did a great job. My carpets are 15 years old and I did not expect new ones. They were very thorough taking ample time to make sure everything was given special care. One thing I feel is different from other cleaners, they clean the base boards. That is definitely a plus. They also move your furniture, if needed. The two men who came to my home were very respectful and personable. I will definitely recommend Edward Holman more

Highly recommended 7/22/2011

Carpet cleaning was final straw prior to closing on the house. After a week of tardy moving companies, EC Restoration showed up exactly on time ready to start the day. Specifically, the two cleaners, Bert and Kiesha, were extremely pleasant and professional with a nice explanation about the various other services EC offers. Highly recommended! Great disposition and very polite! AFFORDABLE!!!!! more

I just needed them to come and tell me if the mold was dangerous and they were very informative and helpful. Ed told me that if I needed to retain their services to push getting rent money back from last few months or if I feel I was done dirty, to call him and they would take care of everything. I was very pleased by how quickly they came to see the problem and how nice they were. more

Air Duct Cleaning I have never seen a more professional company. They were knowledgeable, friendly and fairly priced. I had another company come out before hand and I am glad I called EC Restoration. The heating and cooling company in Carteret couldn't compare to the professionalism and equipment that EC Restoration provided. Thanks for solving my problem and I will refer you to anyone who asks. more

This company will rip you off. 2/7/2011

Do not use this company! They will rip you off. Check with the BBB before using them. They currently have an ""F"" rating. My Mom paid them $1000 to install 2 windows, and they never performed the work and will not return our calls. After we filed a complaint with the BBB, they promised to install the windows, but months later, they still have not done the work or even called us back. more
