Compassion and Caring 5/10/2011

I've been using Ebenezer for all my pet's healthcare since I moved into the area over 10 years ago. It is very obvious from the staff's demeanor that they love their job! They have always treated my pets with the utmost care and compassion. The prices are reasonable and the medical care is a cut above. The facility is clean and, unlike other vets, it smells good! I've been to other vets in the past and honestly feel like Ebenezer is the best around. more

Heartless!!!! 9/8/2010

We had been long standing customers of this money grubbing heartless clinic. After the tragic death of a pet, we brought our beloved pups remains to these unfeeling jetks. In the past when a pet had died they had always provided a paw print. We asked several times that the print be taken when he handed over the remains. They assured us they would. After a month of waiting for this final heart wrenching closure we are told they do not take the print if the pet is deceased prior to the visit. Michael Vick would be a better choice for your pet's care. more

What a caring staff! 4/5/2006

We have always had fabulous service and care at Ebenezer Animal Hospital. The prices are reasonable and less than other area vets from my experience. They sell pet supplies and appointments are available quickly. The staff is so friendly and caring. I always feel at home and like my pet is safe at Ebenezer Animal Hospital. When my cat had surgery, we received a call the following day to see how he was doing. I was very impressed - my own physician doesn't do that! more

Looking for a great animal hospital? Look no further because EBENEZER ANIMAL HOSPITAL is the place to go. Besides caring for the animals you bring, EBENEZER ANIMAL HOSPITAL cares for you. That says a lot because if your cat is sick, they will try and make it well so that YOU will feel good, too. I can tell the staff really cares about you and your pets. They do surgery, too. That is a plus, because many times, the vet will tell you to take your pets to somewhere else for surgery. They also sell pet supplies. How are prices you might ask? I have found prices here to be very inexpensive compared to the others in the area. I have always been satified with EBENEZER ANIMAL HOSPITAL, and I think you will be, too. more

EBENEZER ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS A VERY NICE PLACE TO VISIT. THEY HAVE SEPARATE SECTIONS TO SIT TO KEEP DOGS AWAY FROM CATS AND OTHER ANIMALS AWAY. I WENT THERE BECAUSE THEY TOOK CARE OF EXOTIC BIRDS AND THE VET WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE TAUGHT ME ALOT ABOUT WHAT TO DO FOR MY BIRD TO KEEP HIM HEALTHY. HE EVEN SHOWED ME HOW TO CLIP HIS WINGS WHICH WAS WHY I WAS THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE TO HAVE HIM DO IT BECAUSE I WAS AFRAID. I WAS CHARGED ONLY 17.00 WHICH WAS GREAT. NOW SINCE I QUIT GOING TO CATAWBA ANIMAL CLINIC I AM NOW TAKING MY DOGS AND CAT HERE AND I AM MUCH MORE SATISFIED WITH THE SRVICE. more
