When I crashed my car on the side of the freeway, EZ towing came (about a half hour) to pull my car away. The tower came, said nothing, shoved a paper for me to sign and went to leave, without leaving me a copy of the form, any contact info as to where my car was going, nothing! I was injured and in a great deal of shock, so I had to sit back while the police chased him down and asked him for a copy of the form. He REFUSED to give one to me, but finally coughed up a business card so at least I could find the location. When my auto body shop people came to get the car, the key was nowhere to be found, and the tower said that I had never given it to him. (Despite my state of shock, the one thing I DID remember was giving him the key). When I told the manager this, he said, ""I don't know what to tell you."" But the icing on the cake: When my auto body shop called me to tell me about the missing key, they mentioned that when they found my car in the tow yard, they saw several men digging in my car, who ran away when they approached. Surely enough, when I finally got to my car, all of the change was gone (at LEAST 20 dollars in quarters alone) and the small amount of cash that was inside was missing as well. These were the only items of value left in the car, because I packed up pretty much everything before it was towed away. And thank God. They left my car open and abandoned for anyone to ransack through it. Which they did. Maybe they were the ones who stole the key, which I supposedly never gave to the tow-er. These people were mean to me when I was under a great deal of pain and shock, were negligent and careless with my car, and would have left me hanging on the side of the freeway, if it weren't for them being chased down by the Highway Patrol. There are so many options for towing in this town. Use ANY other company. You'll wish you had.
Pros: The service manager spoke english... sort of
Cons: Stolen Property, rudeness, negligence
