Abhorent Attitude, Ridiculous Prices, Rude Ownership 11/16/2011

This over- priced jean store has the most arrogant staff including the store manager (insensitive jerk) and store owner (insulting hostile groping chauvanist). Do not waste your money or your self esteem here. more

TOGETHER WE CAN PUT THIS AWFUL PLACE OUT OF BUSINESS 12/22/2009

Do you like pain?? If so, shop here. Do you like being called fat and fugly by 17 year old checkout girls? Then, by all means, shop here. Shame on you for supporting this place. BUY JEANS SOME WHERE ELSE. ANYWHERE ELSE. Let's watch this place go out of business, laugh and laugh and dance on its ashes, knowing there is a just God. Pros: They let you take a dump in their changing rooms Cons: Dealing with awful stench more

I don't know why I went back 7/2/2009

Snotty girls with an embarrassing attitude are barely helpful. Good selection of jeans but good luck if you need to exchange or return something- RIDICULOUS return/exchange policy and it's like the girls at the front desk are paid to enjoy telling you your 1 day too late of the 7 day return policy. more

Great Place 1/24/2009

Had never been to E Street. After reading the reviews I guess things have changed. Everyone in there could not have been any nicer or more helpful. Perhaps on the womens side there is attitude, but on the mens side I couldn't have been treated better. Pros: Staff, selection Cons: Expensive, but worth it. more

just don't shop here 6/26/2007

The clothing at E Street is wonderful. They have an incredible (and large) selection of clothing. However, as said in past reviews, the people that work there are horrendous. They are disrespectful to customers, snotty, rude, and will barely greet you unless you are waving mastercard gold in the air. Since it is pricey, spend your money somewhere else, don't support the terrible management and staff. Pros: Beautiful clothing Cons: The staff is intolerable more

They SUCK! 11/30/2005

The snotty northshore salesgirls are so REDICULOUSLY rude, it makes me sick. They are so rude, I refuse to give them any business. Take my advise do not reward this company with your money! Cons: Rude, Rude, Rude more

I would not shop here again if someone put a gun to my head! Cons: Can you say Ego more

Best selection of Denim in the U.S. 9/1/2003

I have never seen a better selection of denim in the entire United States. I am originally from Dallas and have shopped a lot throughout the U.S. I have never seen so many jeans in one store in every size, color, cut, etc. etc.! The sales associates were very, very helpful. I had a guy helping my sister and I and he knew TONS of information about what is flattering and what looks good. This store is awesome and I will definitely be back to buy more jeans here! This is also one of the first places that allows you to bring the jeans back (within the first 7 days) as long as they have the tags on them- this is important! Many of the boutiques that I have shopped at have all sales are final rules. CHECK this place out! Pros: Best selection, High quality, Fun store to shop in more

Worst service ever 8/2/2003

This store has amazing selection, but I would rather go to five different stores than ever step foot in this one again. The teenage girls who apparently run the place are the rudiest group this side of the cheerleading squad. Considering most jeans start at $100, I expect to be treated with a bit of respect. Eyerolls, heavy sighs, and annoyed answers to my questions is no way to run a business. Pros: selection Cons: rude more

E Street 5/8/2003

The snotty northshore salesgirls are so REDICULOUSLY rude, it makes me sick. They have been so rude to myself and my daughter, I refuse to give them any business. It is too bad because they have probablly the best selection of denim and sportswear in the greater chicago area. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT little girls. it isn't appealing or attractive!!! You are making your company lose a great deal of business. Pros: great clothes Cons: terrible service, too expensive, rude people more

Read me 1/14/2003

I thought this store was amazing, the bad thing was that the customer service was horrible. The girls working there were not very helpful and they were rude. The clothes were great but the service sucked. They also need to expand. more

Great, but needs better costomer service 12/26/2002

My daughter loves all of the cloths at E Street but some of the workers there are very rude. If they had nicer costomer service shopping there would be more enjoyable! Overall though, I find that they have good quality stuff at an ok price. Pros: good quality, good parking, good clothes Cons: rude helpers, sometimes expensive more

E Street 12/14/2002

I think that the store has a lot of great things to buy, its a little over priced, and the help and the owner are very snobby when you are there. more

High Style but not high customer service 10/22/2002

I loved the store, but it was crowded and I could not find help in picking hte right size. I was very disappointed in the customer service. To me, that is key. Pros: expensive, good-quality, poor customer service Cons: crowed, large selection more
