Love that the appointment was made for me and sent via txt message. Making it really easy for me to just drop off the car. Otherwise I would never get to it. Thanks!!!

Wonderful Service 5/4/2011

I have come to E&G many times. They do good work at a reasonable rate. They're knowledgeable and they're friendly. And the shop has a pleasant waiting room with free water and coffee. I love my car- It's my baby- and E&G is the only place in Western Mass I would bring it to. more

Awesome customer service!! 5/2/2011

I brought my car in to E & G for an emergency appointment because it was smoking. Thankfully, it was nothing, but they did note that my car had another issue soon to come...so glad they noticed it early since I only had 900 miles left on my warranty. So thanks to E & G, I only had a minor deductable on a very expensive problem! more
