Accurate 11/7/2013

Pete and his team are quick, accurate and professional. I got in over my head with a "simple" HID headlight replacement. I came to EF Tire and Auto Repair after reading rave reviews and was not let down!! They had my bulb replaced in a few short minutes! Their store was clean and has WiFi. more

Earned my business!!! 9/30/2013

I asked the guys at EF Tire and Auto to take a look at a minor issues I was experiencing with my car. They took a look at the problem and spent about 10 minutes fixing it. Didn't cost me a penny. And all with a smile and gratitude to boot. This shop EARNED my future business. I'm very happy. more

Amazing and Honest 9/16/2013

These guys are amazing! I had another mechanic tell me I needed a new fuel pump - an $800 repair. The guys at EF Tire and Auto Repair found a crack in a hose to my fuel tank - they replaced it and charged me $25.00. Need I say more. Excellent customer service. More importantly HONEST!!! more

Top Game 9/10/2013

These guys are really on top of their game in every way. I took my Mini Cooper in there at least 3 times for various repairs and services and every time they did an incredible job for a great price! Bill and Pete are very honest and up front guys and always communicate well. I won't even think about taking any of my vehicles anywhere else! more

Very Pleased 8/27/2013

We discovered this place after checking Tom and Ray Magliozzi's "Car Talk" website where there is a section where people can rate mechanics. In our search for a good local place to take the car, we noticed that Ef Tire and Auto Repair received excellent reviews. I'm here to say that those reviews were spot on. We used to take our car to a dealership when it needed work. Now we take the car to EF Tire and Auto Repair and we are always very pleased with the work. The folks there are very honest in their dealings with their customers and prompt. We do not hesitate to bring the car to them for work; we have done so on several occasions and will continue to do so. more

Honest! 8/20/2013

All of these good ratings are here for a good reason! If you suspect that an auto repair shop is trying to pull one over on you to rack up a big bill, I'd recommend going to Pete at EF Tire and Auto Repair for a quote on your repair. He's honest and really hates seeing people being taken advantage of just because they don't know anything about cars. He has saved me money on repairs, and he even helped me figure out what to do when I got stranded on the highway with a broken down car one time! more

Reasonable! 8/12/2013

I took my wife's Hyundai there and they did a 60,000 mile tune up for a very reasonable price , which included replacing spark plugs. They also replaced brake pads for a reasonable price. The car ran fine afterwards. I'd say it's a reasonable ,and the best car repair shop in the neighborhood. more

Pete and the mechanic was extremely helpful. They performed a pre-purchase inspection on 1999 Porsche 911 and well worth the money. I spoke with both of them during inspection and they are real people who give you honest time for work performed. I recommend them based on my experience and seeing them help others while I waited in the shop...Thanks again guys. more

Pete and his crew are fast, thorough, reliable and knowledgeable. I've been taking my VW there for 5 years and never one complaint. They are always able to fit me in and diagnose the problem quickly. Pete calls and describes the issue...If it's a costly fix, he'll discuss alternatives. All at a reasonable price. My "GOTO" guys! more

Integrity and Efficent! 7/25/2013

Yes, as good as it gets. I have taken my cars to EF Tire for a decade, the first a nineteen year old Volvo, and now a 1999 Subaru Forester that they have nurtured for eight years. Even though I have moved across town, whenever something goes wrong I deal with it by saying - I have to call Pete. Integrity, efficiency, and skill are worth a 30-minute bus ride. more

Definitely Recommend 7/16/2013

Definitely recommend going here! They are extremely knowledgeable with all brands of cars. I have been in multiple times for oil changes and recently had my spark plugs replaced. I thought my brakes needed repair but they told me it was just a dust build up problem. I feel like other shops would have taken advantage of that situation. Overall, great place, great customer service. Highly recommend. more

This is the best auto shop in Pompano! Bill and team are honest, fair and thorough. The guys are knowledgeable and really seem to care about the service of your vehicle. We have taken both our Ford and Saturn to them for various repairs. This is the type of service you wish you would have known about LONG AGO! They are excellent! more

Fixed Right!! 7/2/2013

I was recommended to EF Tire and Auto Repair by a friend and I have been going there ever since. Most mechanics are sketchy and make you fix everything on a car. EF Tire and Auto Repair is probably one of the most honest mechanics in the business. They point out the problem and tell you what needs to be fixed immediately and what can be fixed later. Very reasonable pricing as well which keeps me coming back! Thank You Guys more

Great Experience 6/10/2013

Great experience with the EF Tire guys. They just changed the oil on my car. Before closing the hood they wiped down the engine. REALLY?!? They actually sprayed a little cleaner on the engine and wiped off any random drops of oil. Talk about attention to detail - this is why I won't take my cars anywhere else! more

Reasonable! and UP Front 5/30/2013

I can't praise this place enough. I took Big Red my (2001 Jeep Cherokee) in for some repairs to the brakes and exhaust system. Not only were they up-front and honest, but the prices were reasonable and their work was done quickly. more

EF Tire is the best. Bill was really helpful and helped me out greatly. They installed 4 new tires from me and reset my tire pressure monitoring system. My friend referred me to EF Tire and I have had friends go here for any car maintenance. I will definitely come back and refer all my friends and family to them. more

Accommodating! 5/8/2013

I've been taking our cars to EF Tire and Auto Repair for 20 years. They may be the last HONEST auto repair around. They are accommodating to your schedule, and will detail what needs to be done down to the last nut & bolt. AND they will let you know what should be done first according to safety. more
