Dyno-Tune

I've been going to Dyno Tune for years. Randy and Scott are great, I know them very well. I mostly work with Randy. I don't know anything about cars, and I feel like as a woman, other places might try to take advantage of me. These guys don't. They are honest, reliable and fair. They always provide great customer service. This is a busy shop, so make an appointment to get your car checked out. I highly recommend their services. These are really nice guys. more

I have been a customer of Dyno Tune since they opened. I think they do an excellent job. They always take care of any issues I'm having and they never do things that don't need to be done. They are honest and work economically for their customers, which is nice for the climate we're currently in. I am a long term and very satisfied customer of Dyno-Tune. I like to keep my older cars running, and I have a little fleet of them. There are 4 drivers in my family, my wife, my two daughters, and myself. Scott and his staff have done an excellent job not only keeping the vehicles running but also advising me about them. They know that I don't want to spend any more money than I have to but that I also want my cars safe and functional. They have been excellent at diagnosing the vehicles. I have worked with other mechanics, though not so much recently, and I have never felt as confident about the accuracy of the diagnosis as I do with Dyno-Tune. I really trust not only their diagnostics but also the work that they do. They are very skillful. They are also priced competitively. The other thing that I like about them is that they are very good at working me into their schedule when I need work done. Usually I get in within a day or two of when I call. It is just one more thing that impresses me about them. They are efficient and customer-service oriented. I have probably been going to Dyno-Tune for close to 20 years. I have sent other people in their direction as well. I don't hesitate to send my mother-in-law, or friends from work or church to them. They do a lot more than tuneups now. I have been with Dyno Tune for many years, and I have always found them to be very dependable. They are very dependable on how they price their estimates and diagnose engine and other problems. I really have not had any regrets in any way. I have used Dyno Tune primarily for maintenance, but they have done transmission and air conditioning work for me as well. There is no question about them standing behind their work, which is one thing I really like about them. If anything needs tweaked or looked at a second time, they are more than happy to do any follow up work necessary, and in almost every case they do not charge anything additional. more

Dyno Tune has rescued me every time I have needed it. When my son was having trouble with his Jeep, they didn't charge me until they found what was wrong. They had some trouble diagnosing it, but when they found out what was wrong, they gave me a fair value. I like that practice; they are very honest. I have 2 older cars. Sometimes things happen, and when they do they are always there for me. It is awesome. I have been going to them for probably 5 years, and the work is very good. They are really nice guys, nice human beings, and they are even willing to drive me back to the house after I leave my car there. They do go above and beyond the normal service. They are nice men.
