Beware of Dynamic Services 10/8/2011

Watch out for this company!! They are incompetent and unethical. My pool turned green because they forgot the chlorine and it took them a week to come out to my house and treat it. I also paid them to fix my tiles since they said they do tile work. They do not, and they outsourced it to a third party. After the third party did not do the work, Dyanmic Services would not refund my money! I even have a signed contract....but they wouldn't refund my $200. There are a lot of business to chose from...don't take a chance with this company! more

Green to Clean!-Rocklin, CA 4/8/2010

I had a pool party coming up at my home in Rocklin, CA and I was so embarrassed when took the cover off my pool to see it was super green. I had no idea how to fix it so i looked online and found that Dynamic Services had a great reputation in the swimming pool business so i thought i'd try them out. they gave me a great estimate and came up with a service plan to take care of the problem. Swimming Pool Service Done Right-Granite Bay, CA 4/1/2010

I have a gorgeous pool in Granite Bay, CA with lots of surrounding trees. Which is a huge pain because leaves and debris are always clogging the main drain. Dynamic Services comes once a month and cleans out the main line, they also do monthly pool cleaning service and throw in the chemicals it needs to keep it clean. Give them a try, best prices in Sacramento Area! more

Sand Filter Repair - Pool Repair, Folsom, CA 4/1/2010

I had a leak in my sand filter. I called Dynamic Services to see if they did swimming pool repairs in Folsom, CA. The man I talked to was eager to help me with my problem and asked me a few questions about my pump, filter, and quality of pool equipment. I then emailed them a picture of the problem. I received a call back in less than 2 minutes with suggestions for me and came out imediately to repair it for me. I've been doing business with them for about 3 months now and they help me with all of my swimming pool service needs. I highly recommend them to my Folsom neighbors. more

Roseville, Ca - Swimming Pool Clean-Up + New Equipment Installation ervice 2/22/2010

Wonderful service. My wife originally called these guys (i do that cuz she usually gets the best deals...stripper voice lol) They came out and I met with them right away (old bait and switch) long story our pool pump was costing us an extra 3k a year... compated to this new pump. The pool needed a little clean up and now we are swimming green... or blue and green as they say...These guys do not cut corners and they did not leave us until the job was completed! Best part that I liked is that they told us the pricing up front and really didnt try to sell us on anything we didnt not need.? I recommend this company over any other Roseville, Ca or Rocklin, Ca pool service or pool repair companies. more

Reliable Service, Reliable Results - Granite Bay, Ca 2/14/2010

-Dynamic Services keeps my swimming pool clean and in good operating order. They come weekly and vacuum and brush my pool. They are very reliable and show up once a week on a regular basis. If the folsom weather prevents them from coming, they usually call me or email me to tell when they can come. When I call to ask a question, they usually get back to me within a day. Cannot say anything bad except sometimes they forget to clean out my inground cleaner but i think its because it doesnt get all the way full, still el dorado hills proves to be a triky enviornment for swimming pool ownership. more
