Medical providers beware. \r
Dynamic Billing is the most unprofessional company we have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Their services are consitantly delinquent and they do not hold up to their contract. Most services that were in writing in our contract were never provided as well. Due to their apathy and lack of communication it took months to get fully set up and running. The service itself was severely inefficient and we did not see results that warranted their charges. \r

The router they required us to use, which they gave us to replace our existing router, completely interfered with our in-office networking system and attempts to get them to fix the situation were met with silence on their end. This networking problem cost our office more time and money in the long run, though they refused to take responsibility for the issues that their router caused. \r

Emails and phone calls are most often ignored completely. Actual communications are unprofessional and ineffective.\r

When we finally decided to end our contract they were exteremely rude and refused to give us reports as promised to be able to fully take back control of our billing. \r

Save yourself the headache, go with another company.
