I had a 48"" Bigscreen TV that needed repair, so after doing an online search, I found Dyna-Tronics. I was impressed with their Web site; they seemed like nice people to do business with, and based upon what I saw on their site, and they even supplied some estimated pricing for repairing my TV (approximately $240-350). Moreover, they very clearly stated that they charged a diagnostic fee, but that it was ""no more than $65"". So, I called them.
Pros: Nice Web site with pricing up front
Cons: They don't honor the policies or pricing on their nice Web site
