I stopped in to see if they could attach a new strap to my watch, and even though I didn't buy the watch or the strap there they did it quickly, and for free! They even polished ...

Worst

Held on to my watch for nearly 3 months without repairing it. The owner seemed totally unconcerned and unremorseful about the situation. I will never visit this shop again.

Amazing service 11/12/2006

I stopped in to see if they could attach a new strap to my watch, and even though I didn't buy the watch or the strap there they did it quickly, and for free! They even polished out some scratches and insisted I couldn't pay them anything. By all means go to this store, even if you're just a poor student like me. In addition to the fancier watches they also sell digital sports watches for under $50. more

good stuff 8/21/2005

Dykman's Time Shop does good work. They are located in the Regent neighborhood and have never failed to fix a watch of mine. A great place to go for batteries as well as repairs. Dykman's also sells new watches. The service is fast, efficient, cheap, and friendly. I highly recommend this store. more
