Not Very Impressed 5/2/2011

Last time I used this agency for an oil change I had a coupon that I was told couldn't be used because the amount for the service was less than the required minimum but the coupon did not establish any limits. I then explained to the service manager that I would appreciate it if they would evaluate the rear brakes (my wife had driven the car with the hand brake set)he assured me the brakes were fine. I had to have drums and brakes replaced the next week by another shop. I have no plan to return. more

I'm a Subaru guy, and you kind of have a tendency to take your Subaru to a named garage, one that specializes in Subarau's, and Dyer is it! They now have a repeat customer. more

During recent years, we have bought cars in North Carolina where we live and in Florida where we visit family and vacation. Of all the dealerships that we have dealt with, this was the most satisfactory. Their people, from the front office to the service areas, were very friendly, courteous and helpful. They helped us choose just the right car for our needs, and the bottom line price was even better that we had hoped for. When we took the car back for scheduled servicing, we were treated like family. The service work was done thoroughly and promptly. We highly recommend this dealership to family, friends and anyone else. more

No the same treatment or feeling since the dealer changed hands. No one in service care at all. It is jusy about the money now and what they can add to the bill. I even emailed the Sales Manager at Chevy twice about a new Corvette and never got a call back. Odd since I have purchased 3 cars there. 2-RX8's and a Mazda 5. more
