Kudos for job well done! I just wanted to drop a line to say thank you for the excellent duct work performed on my home earlier this week. The guys prefabbed the ducts before coming out due to rain. They came out and installed everything in one day. The result was full force heat running through my AC. Half of my home was not getting any due to no duct work being installed when previous owner installed new AC. Great job guys! Have a good one. more

I wanted to send you a note to let you know how much we LOVE our new central unit. It is so nice to be able to come in to a nice warm house. And it is the same in every room!!! As you know our house is very old, 100 years as best we can determine. And it has been very well maintained throughout the years. So when Jenny and I started discussing the option of having central heat and air installed we were a little reserved because we like to preserve as much of the old charm as possible. Especially cutting the hardwood floors. But we only had four natural gas heater throughout the house and even though they put out good heat it was never consistent and there were still areas of the house that were always cold. Because of that it had caused some of the walls to sweat and actually ruin the drywall in places. Plus we were concerned all the heat would go to the ceiling because we have 9-1/2 ft ceilings in the whole house. So we made an appointment with you to come to the house and discuss what all this would involve and all of our other concerns we were having. You were very accommodating to come out on New Years Day since we were both available that day. You were very thorough in explaining everything and answering all of our many questions. After you left we made an almost instant decision to let you do the work. We phoned you that night and three days later you were there getting started; and in three more it was all done. No fuss and no mess. You gave us a follow up call the day after to see how we liked everything and if we had any questions. Could not ask for anything better. We are very happy with our unit. But we couldn't be happier about the great workmanship and professionalism you had in the installation process. Everything is wonderful and we will highly recommend you to all our friends. My heating and air unit had quit working properly and my electric bills were $400 per month. I called my local Chamber of Commerce in Carthage, TN to see if they could recommend a reputable HVAC repair company. They told me they highly recommended Dyer Heating and Air because they had used them and was very pleased with their service. I called Jason on Tuesday afternoon and he was here at 8 oclock Wednesday morning. He spent about an hour testing everything and determined the problem. He immediately repaired my unit and now it is working perfectly. My electric bills should be about half of what they were before the repair. I strongly recommend Dyer Heating and Air to everyone. The service was fast and the cost was very low. more
