Did an excellent job 11/18/2013

Duryea Moving & Storage did a move from a house to an apartment which was from two different houses to an apartment on the third and fourth floor of a loft. I thought I was prepared to move but they were so quick, almost too quick but in a good way! The two movers were very professional, very helpful with what I needed moved around. They had good personalities, moved my furniture carefully, and were just excellent. This is the second time I've used their company to do a move and it was well worth it. I knew I was moving upstairs and didn't want to ask family to do that and Duryea was so quick about it. They did an excellent job. more

Fantastic Move 3/15/2012

Duryea did a terrific job, top to bottom. Provided a "not to exceed" cost estimate that was very competitive with other movers. Kay Anderson was extremely thorough in her walk-through before the move. The driver and movers on the packing / departure end were absolutely fantastic. The only hiccup was on the unloading end when one of the movers showed up sick. However, he was replaced quickly by the local moving broker. more

I've used Duryea Moving & Storage more than once. My realtor initially recommended them 2 or 3 years ago and they did a good job for me, so I have continued to use them. They work with you and are very helpful. Their prices are not the cheapest, but their quality is good for what you pay. They're a very good firm to work with and very accommodating. Neva Elliott more

Did a great job - with some limitation 3/17/2011

The crew chief and his second in command were great. The other workers, while friendly and efficient, could not understand our requests. As a result, many items were moved that should not have been moved or were misplaced at our new home. Duryea did, however, correct these problems by sending one of their great and skilled workers who moved boxes around and corrected most of their earlier errors. I highly recommend this company because of their committment to customer service. more

Perfect move 2/5/2011

We have moved several times over the years and this was the best one we have ever had. We had 3 deliveries to 3 different addresses and each address got the proper furniture. Everything arrived in perfect condition! It was wonderful. Also, the crew was great - a nice bunch of guys. more
