Super Star Service....No One Does it Better! 1/24/2011

I called Clay and made an appointment to look at the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Right from the start ... no pressure or sales pitch, just presentation of what I asked for in the vehicle. Clay explained the features, engine and so on to us. The price was very good and I wanted to use the service department because I heard so much about it. I don't know why other people were saying bad things because I could go any where I want to buy a Jeep. I don't have Credit Issues or Money problems and I chose to give my business to Dupage Dodge Chrysler Jeep because they earned it extremely well. more

DON'T USE THIS DEALER 10/12/2010

Tried to do things ILLEGALLY, and were very unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. It had nothing to do with the car, but all to do with the staff, including John Kaye who wouldn't even return an email. They should be shut down for their selling tactics. They hid my trade-in on their lot, and told me they didn't have it any longer when we wouldn't sign new loan papers. Take your business elsewhere, ANYWHERE!!! more
