Customer service not the best 6/12/2012

Dr Dejacamo (sp not correct) was great, however the office staff has never been friendly with me when I call or come in and that is one of the most important things to me when picking a vet. They have a tone of voice that sounds like they are annoyed and talk to me as if I'm a child most of the time. Also their prices are ridiculous. more

Best Animal Care Anywhere 7/13/2009

The best animal care anywhere!! I have been going to DuPage Animal Hospital for over about 10 years. I have had 4 dogs since that time that they have treated over the years. They operate with the highest standards. The doctors, vet techs and the receptionists all treat the animals humanely, ethically and lovingly. I have referred at least a dozen people over the years. I know many have switched to seeing Dr. Felt because of her expertise and going the extra mile for her patients. She certainly has for mine.\r \r P.S. They don't do any ear-cropping!!! more

Don't take your pet anywhere else but here! 11/15/2008

Dupage Animal Hospital is by far, the best practice around! The staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They go 'the extra mile' for you and your pet and truly care. It's obvious everyone there loves what they do and all animals. The vet's are honest and very gentle with all our dogs. We have been using them for several years with our Rescue group. They have been wonderful from treating the simple cases to the most extreme situations. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. I trust them completely! more

The Best 4/19/2007

Dupage animal hospital is by far the best i have ever been to.\r When we got our puppy we went to a different vet that we was'nt pleased with, we got refered to dupage and we seen Doctor Mary Felt.\r Our puppy was very sick and she got her better, she showed us nothing but care support and a lot of love for our dog, they are always happy to help no matter what.\r I would never take our girl anywhere else, the receptionist are great too, they are always there to help if they can.\r I have refered my friends there and they say the same thing i do.\r Great People , my dog loves going there they are so friendly and loving to her..\r \r Doctor Mary Felt is the best more
