Compared to other landlords, Dunmoor Homes is BELOW AVERAGE. They are not willing to negotiate even a few months early release from a contract, given the circumstances that I have become totally disabled and cannot get up steps into the house from front or back. I realize my disability is not their problem, but we found another property to rent that is exclusively handicap accessible and I asked their consideration in terminating the lease a few months early as those kind of properties become available few and far between, and they will not even try to work with me or negotiate any terms in my favor. As far as I am concerned, I would not recommend them to anyone. All you are to them is a HIGH DOLLAR AMOUNT for the property and location you get from them. We have been a very good tenant of theirs for close to two years and have been told many inconsistencies overall. Good luck, but certainly not recommended by me. Look around as there are many properties for rent at a much more reasonable amount and I am sure you would be working with more compassionate people than those at Dunmoor Homes.
Pros: They are quick to get you moved into their properties.
Cons: No compassion and treatment varies as to who you are - unfair.
