Significantly overcharged. Paid $675 for 2 hours of work and a $75 pump. Initially told that charge would be $843. Lowered to $675 after questioned. But later research showed labor should have cost about $240, plus the pump cost of $75.) . Elderly houseguest's imminent arrival gave us no time to research. Doing so later revealed overcharge. Complained to the plumber (Dewey),asked for refund of half of $360 overcharge. No response. Complained to BBB and state as well but they can do nothing. more

These guys are definitely the best, You guys were the only company able to come on a Saturday. The air quality in our home is unbelievable. We now have an air cleaner, and we couldn't be happier. Wonderful father & son team. I would definitely recommend them. more

Extremely Professional 3/16/2011

Charlie was extremely quick to respond to my request and was extraordinarily helpful. I never felt he was rushing to just get in and get out and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. There was no visit fee, and in fact he determined we didn't need any work performed and gave us some tips to prevent future problems. Overall, extremely professional and I would certainly use Cal-Sag for any future plumbing needs I have. more

We moved our furnace into the crawlspace to so that our basement could be finished the way we wanted it. The eternal looked to be the best fit at the time, and we are very glad that we choose this model. With 7 people in our house, let me tell you it is very nice to have endless hot water!!! more

It was a fantastic experience 11/18/2010

My boiler wasn't working. Dunlap came out, rewired and repiped our boiler system. What a fantastic experience, our heat was back on and wrking that same day more
