worst customer service ever 7/16/2008

I bought a sofa through this store and it was the worst experience ever. the stuff is gorgeous but there is no-one at the wheel. the drawings took forever, then were wrong, then were wrong many more times, then weeks would pass and I'd find out that the project was held up on some ridiculous paperwork no one told me I needed. they make it as difficult as possible for you to pay. then because of their mistake you have to do the payment paperwork again, adjusting for, like $50 on a huge order. (why can't they just add the fee to your card? no idea!) they give you a fabric swatch the size of a postage stamp. etc. etc. more

worst customer service ever 5/17/2007

the pieces are terrific but incredibly overly priced and you would think at that price point that the customer service would be better!! i ordered a piece which has taken months to have ready. after having waited the customary 16 weeks, i had to call THEM multiple times to get an ETA or status. after asking for a supervisor, all of the sudden --- POOF, the piece had materialized at the warehouse and was ready for delivery (i am still waiting for delivery). Their salespeople are completely unresponsive, take no accountability and are always blaming others. worst customer service ever! shop at pompy --- they are must much more professional. more
