When my air conditioner died and I was getting quotes to replace it and the furnace, I discovered that the layout of ducts and vents in my house is outdated and not very efficient, and that there's no straightforward way to get the basement hooked into the HVAC system. Dunco suggested I reconfigure the whole system when I installed the new furnace and air conditioner. I wanted to understand their rationale and asked plenty of questions. They answered my texts, emails, and phone calls promptly, came out 2 or 3 times to take another look at things, and were very clear about all my options, from a basic furnace/AC install to completely redoing the system. At my request, they provided quotes for doing the major project in stages over a period of time. No attitude and no pressure while I asked questions and after I decided to do the work in stages, starting with the basics.
The guys who installed the furnace and A/C showed up right on time; they were considerate, professional, and friendly; they, too, took the time to answer my questions, and explained how to operate the new system. They paid attention to the little stuff too: cleaned up after themselves, turned off all the basement lights, and actually remembered to close the gates at the end of the day so the dog wouldn't get out!
Last of all, the woman who answered the phone and who called me to schedule things was very nice--professional and very helpful with the whole process.
