I'm just gonna be straight up honest, these folks are little more than ""snakes in the grass""...the owner (Gary Duncan) portrays himself as a good honest christian man who that only wants the best for everyone...but that couldn't be further from the truth...In fact, he cares only to use people for his and his family's own benefit...Gary Duncan and his sons seek to ""control"" everyone he employs, if those employees live their personal lives in a matter he doesn't agree with he makes sure he and his sons will find a way to wrongfully terminate the employee no matter how well they do their job.
I was a loyal supervisor for this company for three years, and after allowing Mr Duncan to talk me into attending church (which i did enjoy) with him and his family, but when i missed church after becoming ill they immediately began claiming they were receiving complaints about my work even though there had never been a problem in the three years before. As soon as this happened i told two people i worked with that I knew exactly how and when they get rid of me by continuing to claim they were receiving complaints and that I was the only one they will fire.
Brian (someone i was working with) and myself decided to split the work in a manner which would prevent them from putting it all on me, he would do trash and bathrooms while I do floors...but the ""complaints"" did in fact continue as I said they would...and they did get rid of me exactly when and how i said they would, but when firing me, Ruben (Gary's son) said it was nothing personal and that the floors looked great but there were other things that just wasn't getting cleaned every night...but it was I who did the floors that looked so ""great""...yet Brian (who was responsible for the other things) wasn't fired...
yeah, nothing personal right Duncan.
And if you're thinking of hiring this company to clean your business you should think twice, they have a horrid turnover rate, therefor nothing ever gets cleaned as well as it should on a consistent basis.
Pros: there isn't any
Cons: the Duncans
