Awesome Cut! 12/5/2009

onderfully precise and excellently designed haircut from Duncan Cairns - he cleaned up after years of mediocre and bad haircuts from different salons. My hair hasn't been shaped this well in a decade! I will be returning - joyfully! more

Will Never Go Back! 10/9/2006

Had a horrible highlight...actually didn't take after 4 hours. They charged me $100 and then said I could come back for a fix. When I scheduled my fix, they didn't indicate I had to see the same person, therefore charged another $100! Why wasn't I told this when I called to say I needed it fixed!? Thought salons are to stand behind their work. Asked to speak to Duncan or have him call. Have heard from no one. Will Never Go Back! There are better salons in Madison that actually stand behind their work. more

European Hair Designs locally 8/19/2005

My husband has been going to Duncan Edwards for his hair cuts for over 12 years now! He can't say enough about the service, the quality of cuts he receives and I think they do a wonderful job too! I used them for my hair design and styling for our wedding and I was impressed with how quickly and well they can do things! They carry numerous lines of product which they normally know a lot about so you aren't just being recommended their weekly promo! The staff is friendly, professional and well trained! If you use them, I am sure you will appreciate the experience! They are slightly on the higher priced side, depending on who cuts your hair it will range from $22-$35 haircut. more
