Dumore Construction and Remodeling

Before selling our Honolulu home, we needed to remodel it and so we looked for a general contractor. Honolulu has tons of them...just check on Google! After sifting and sorting and comparing Honolulu general contractors for days, we narrowed our list down to 3 general contractors. I called all 3 of them and scheduled appointments for them to check out our house. Wow, all three general contractors had different personalities and different ways of doing business. The one we felt most comfortable with was Dumore Construction because Steve is an upstanding guy who doesn't b.s. around. He tells it like it is, and is very straightforward. We also loved his pricing on remodeling and renovations. This is a general contractor Honolulu is lucky to have in my opinion. Refreshing honesty, a great crew that was polite and hardworking, never missing a day of work, always on time, always cleaning up after themselves....perfect! And our home was remodeled to perfection. We sold it for our asking price...actually a little bit over our asking price, thanks to this great general contractor's help. more

For several months, we had been mulling over and finally started looking to get our Honolulu vacation/rental home thoroughly remodeled and renovated because it was badly in need of modernizing. I requested an onsite inspection and consultation so we could figure out the best solutions to remodel our home without breaking the bank while achieving the modern, beautiful results I wanted. We ended up getting our kitchen thoroughly remodeled, 2 bathrooms renovated, and several rooms, the living room, dining room and den beautifully remodeled so that there was more space and everything took on a classier look. Steve and his remodeling crew handled everything super professionally, always on time. The entire home remodel took only about 58 days, much faster than other Honolulu remodeling company estimates. It's because the crew had a lot of members all working from morning to night, each and every day without fail. They really put their hearts and minds into every aspect of the project. And now, we have a fabulously wonderful, marvelous gorgeous new Honolulu home! thanks to Steve and the crew at Dumore Construction. Wow, I was so glad I hired Dumore Construction to build our new kitchen. Steve at Dumore Construction was super helpful and honest. He is a general contractor I really trust because he tells it straight. His crew works hard and they were always on time. And when my new kitchen was finished, I was ecstatic. Best of all, the price was perfect for my budget. Not on the expensive side, but not shabby cheap prices either. I would say, pretty much top quality for mid range prices. It was definitely a bargain. I will be hiring Dumore Construction again to get my 2 bathrooms remodeled and possibly add a room addition too. more
