I went to the Duke a couple of years ago to see ROSE RAGE (a compilation of all of the Plantagenet plays from Shakespeare). The space is small - audience seats feel a bit like they are set on bleachers, but they are comfortable (they had to be as this show was about 5 hours long!). The acoustics are great and the staging can be interesting as the whole space (including areas around the audience) are accessible to actors. One thing I remember is that the air conditioner was on high during the performance and I was freezing - bring a sweater to be safe!
