The only place for your pets! 8/22/2009

I brought "Kissy Cat" my feline in to Duke Animal Clinic on emergency. Kissy was suddenly unable to use his hind legs and was concurrently 10 pounds overweight. He was correctly diagnosed with Feline Arterial Thrombo Embolic disease and hyperthyroidism. Thanx to the knowledge and skill of the vet, Kissy has since lost weight and can walk again! more

Wonderful and Highly Qualified Doctors! 5/3/2009

I use the equine services provided by the Duke Animal Clinic and I couldn't be more pleased. I receive a very detailed explanation of the diagnosis and thorough directions for any treatment. Additionally, the Drs are very good about providing general information pertinent to my horses. I feel very lucky to have such a competent group to call upon. more

My puppy is now ruined!!!! 1/8/2009

My new Shih tzu is the first dog I brought to Duke. He ended up getting Parvo which the vet did not even check for even though my dog was having bloody foul smelling diarrhea. When my dog did end up saying there for 5 days due to his illness he was left alone in his cage to urinate and defecate where he ate and slept!!!! He was crate trained and almost completely potty trained before he went in. Now he will just pee anywhere. He peed and then sat in the day I brought him home and later that evening was sleeping on my chest, woke up and proceeded to pee all over me like it was nothing. Im really upset with this vet and believe I might seek a case of animal cruelty/neglegence. more

My doggie loves them 11/10/2005

I have been using Duke Animal Clinic for years. They are great with the animals and are very fair on their prices. They take care of a variety of animals including ferrets. Not alot of vets in this area handle them. In addition to using them for veterinary care I also board my dog there when I'm out of town. She LOVES it. She always goes in with her little tail wagging and seems calm and happy when I pick her up. PROS: Caring staff CONS: none more
