A few years back, I had a horrible customer service experience with them... a tech was going through my glove box and we wanted him to stop. He yelled at us. Then, upon telling his manager, she was cussing at us. I was 8 months pregnant - and she was in my face yelling at me. It was the most horrible experience I've ever had with a company. They definitely need to go back to college - Basic Marketing Principles 101 - the customer is always right (to their face, anyway).
