Dubin Boarding & Grooming

I've always loved bringing my cat here but now that there is a new owner, don't bother. She claims to have 10 years experience but what Pete could do to my long hair cat in 20 minutes (brush out, shave belly & butt, trim nails and clean ears) she could not accomplish in 2 hours. She gave him back to me with being only 90% brushed out and belly not shaved. A waste of time and money. I wish they never sold the business. more

I'm Marie, one of the owners of Dubin Boarding and Grooming.This review is the first time my brother Pete and I have heard about this yorky who had an adverse reaction to grooming.If they had called us to tell us about the problems their pup was having, we would have worked with them to fix it immediately. I appreciated that Streiber left a comment, I remember that puppy very well and everything turned out fine because they called us and we were able to address the problem directly, with the client and their vet.We welcome any comments, positve or negative, so that we can make our business better for the pets and their owners.Simply said, we love animals and we work hard everyday to show that to our clients.
