Poor repair shop with bad attitude 8/23/2008

I got burned. It took 3 weeks to get done. The work was supposed to take 2hrs to do and they couldn't find my paperwork so they charged me 3.5hrs. I spoke with others who deal with them and was told the parts guy and 2 mechanics including the top mehanic who ran the shop quit. The place is very unorganized I won't be back. I took my Home Depot macnine to Dubay Tractor Center and I was treated great. The staff was GREAT! They went above and beyond what was expected. I received warranty work even though the warranty time had lapsed. They called the company and went to bat for me! Sorry to hear you had a bad day but maybe your machine would cost more to repair than replace. Just MY opinion. Pros: Great service and staff Cons: I wish I lived closer more

Never contacted me, couldn't find my invoice, didn't put my machine back together. 8/4/2007

They took my machine and never called. After several weeks I showed up to pick it up and they couldn't find my bill. They charged me $36 and , after taking the money and giving me my change, told me the machine wasn't worth fixing. They gave it back to me in a bag. more
