Dtm Computers

I have been doing business with DTM computers for over 3 years, and have never had an unsatisfactory experience. I build and repair computers as a side business, and often need parts. Every time I have gone into DTM, they have gone out of their way to help me find the parts I am looking for. My wife bought a flat panel display, and they delivered it to her work at no extra charge, and when it failed 10 months later ( not their fault - these things just happen ), they shipped it back to the manufacturer and had it repaired at no cost to me. I have purchased several motherboards and other componants, used cases and monitors, and have always gotten a fair price and EXCELLENT service. I highly recommend DTM Computers. Pros: You never know what you might find there in the way of used systems. Cons: Slight language barrier, but be patient and ask if you don't understand. more

I went shopping for a new computer with them. The salesperson was almost impossible to understand. I wanted a new system for home and he kept trying to sell me a ""refurbished"" used computer for the same price as a new system from a competing store. I didn't have a good feeling about the place as soon as I walked in. I certainly won't be back. Pros: Good location Cons: VERY hard to understand and sub-par merchandise. more
