Customers may be more satisfied with a full money back return if disatisfied with shoes. The majority of shoes I have purchased at this business have been terribly uncomfortable after wearing a couple hours. Something is "fishy" about the shoes sold here! After 30 days only an in store refund is given for shoes not worn. I have never liked it when businesses tell you where you can spend your money-is that legal? more

DSW is an extreme shoe store! Shoes are pretty much everywhere, on these mini racks and it would take all day to look through them all. They sell other little things to, like purses and stuff. But the main thing is shoes. Iv'e only been there a few times but when I was there it was really cool how it was setup and how there was so many shoes. more
