First off, Deep Rock Water provides a superior product and I've never had an issue with poor customer service. That being said, their accounting department is a mess. They kept screwing up my bill, playing games with late fees, making math errors, double billing, failing to credit payments made, etc. Billing errors were so serious I canceled my account and paid the balance in full. Now I just got a past due notice on the account I closed several weeks ago -- fortunately I have my receipts.
I do not know who is running their accounts receivable department, but it is hurting their business to allow such incompetence to continue. I would still be a customer if it wasn't for so many mistakes on my bill. At least I didn't sign up for auto-billing, because that would be a nightmare.
