On 11/23, a drywall job was done. Being that Brian left the house early evening, it was dark and the unpolished work was not readily seen with the lights. Wouldn't be an issue, as they have a 90 day money back guarantee, as well as a 1 year service warranty. I called the following morning, to tell his wife, Carol, of the issues that were present. She scheduled Brian to come back on Dec 7th. On the 7th, he arrived an hour late. He made my ceiling worse, causing the ceiling to bubble. At this time, he 'refixed' the corners. But still left all of the plaster spots that he used to fix it, unpainted, although he was also hired to repaint those spots. He left after being here 2 hours, and stated he would be back the next day. Leaving his wet paint roller here and out. He never showed up the following day. Received a call on the 9th, calling to reschedule to January 5th. Within two weeks of his visit, all of the cracks were back again. I received a call days before with them calling to reschedule it, that he received another job that was more important. It was reschedule to Dec 21st. Carol called on the 19th, saying it needed to be rescheduled again. It was scheduled for Dec 25th. At this time, he told me he was going to paint over his mess with kilz to cover up all of the mess he had made. I told him the he was not going to do that, as it even states on the Kilz webpage to NOT spot prime with their product. Which is what he wanted to do. He then went on to tell me that the cracking was structural, and that until it got warm out, they would just keep recracking. The 'bubbling' he stated due to water damage. Problem being we had NO water damage, and it can be see from the roof and surrounding area, as well as the before pictures. The house is WORSE then when he started, I have larger cracks in the ceilings, I have a four foot area of the ceiling that still has bubbling. They will not stand behind their 90 day money back guarantee. Brian has been here on 3 separate occasions to 'fix' the same exact problems. When Brian left our home he stated he would honor the warranty, and the money would be refunded. I spoke with Carol today, and told me my knowledge is none, and that the relationship is over and they are not standing behind their workmanship, nor their warranty.
